Nicola Albery is the founder of Stepped Care Counselling at Aura. She is is an accomplished counsellor, EMDR therapist (full member with the EMDR Assocation of Australia) and accredited member of the International Mindfulness and Meditation Alliance (IMMA).  She is committed to providing client-centered care across a range of mental health concerns including: anxiety and depression; trauma, perinatal mental health, performance or work related stressors, couples counselling and chronic pain. Nicola accepts GP (Medicare rebate available with mental health care plan), private and NDIS referrals (plan and self managed only). She is also an approved counsellor with Victims Services (NSW), QPS SelfRefer, Bupa Open Arms Veterans Services and EAP (Telus Health).
