Referrals

Stepped Care Counselling accepts GP (mental health care plan and non-directive pregnancy counselling) and private self-referrals, as well as from third parties including NDIS (self/plan managed), Victims of Crime (NSW/QLD), SelfRefer and employee assistance program (EAP).​

Rates from 1 January, 2025 with a GP Mental Health Care Plan are $165 per 50-minute session less the Medicare rebate of $85.20. Total out of pocket is $79.80

Couples Counselling - $165 per 60-minute session. Please note there is no Medicare rebate available for couples counselling.
