Referrals

Stepped Care Counselling accepts GP (with mental health care plan) and private self-referrals, as well as from third party funding including NDIS (self/plan managed), Victims of Crime (NSW), SelfRefer, Employee assistance programs (EAP)
and Bupa Open Arms Veterans support.

Rates from 1 January, 2025 with a GP Mental Health Care Plan are $165 per 50-minute session less the Medicare rebate of $85.20. Total out of pocket is $79.80

Couples Counselling - $165 per 50-minute session. Please note there is no Medicare rebate available for couples counselling.
