Nicola accepts GP (with mental health care plan) and private self-referrals, as well as from third party funding as listed below.

- Victims of Crime (NSW)
-  QPS SelfRefer
- WorkCover
- Employee assistance programs (EAP - Telus Health)
- Bupa Open Arms Veterans support.
- NDIS (plan and self-managed clients)

Rates from 1 January, 2025 with a GP Mental Health Care Plan are $165 per 50-minute session less the Medicare rebate of $87.25. Total out of pocket is $77.75.  Couples Counselling - $165 per 50-minute session. Please note there is no Medicare rebate available for couples counselling.
